Q: What does your company do and how long has it been in operation?
A: DCA Services provides custom outsourced back office solutions to communications service providers. Since 1987, DCA has helped companies reduce costs, enhance revenue, protect cash flow and asset values, and improve customer satisfaction with one of the most innovative and flexible systems in the industry and an expert staff dedicated to client success. Our integrated systems and services support all aspects of wireline, wireless and VoIP operations including customer acquisition, provisioning, call center, customer care, billing and payments.
Q: To what do you attribute your company’s success in the communications industry?
A: We wrap our solutions around our clients’ businesses based on their unique needs. Our clients feel that we work together as a team in growing their businesses. Our scalability and speed in service delivery is also a big part of our success. This has allowed our clients to launch new products quickly and seize market opportunities.
Q: What have been some of your company’s most recent achievements?
A: During the COMPTEL PLUS Spring 2008 Show in Nashville, DCA announced the addition of lock box processing services to our extensive list of outsourced back office solutions. DCA’s lock box processing service integrates with our accounts receivable and customer care systems for up-to-date customer account information. The service provides same-day payment processing, with payment remittance information fed directly into DCA’s customer care system. Numerous accounts receivable reports may be generated for timely analysis. In addition, check images are available for customer service representatives’ use in dispute resolution.
In addition, Vinculum Communications, Inc., a leading provider of VoIP services, recently signed an agreement with DCA for back office solutions to support its market expansion into South America. DCA will provide online order entry, rating and billing, online bill presentation and online customer support for customers in Brazil. All online services will be provided in Portuguese, and invoices and online transactions will be calculated in the local currency, the Real.
