Q: What does your company do and how long has it been in operation?
A: We make VoIP products, such as VoIP business phones and SMB IP-PBX called snom ONE. Our phones work with many of the VoIP services that service providers offer.

Q: To what do you attribute your company’s success in the communications industry?
A: Leading edge technology, quality products, ease of use, and affordable solutions. We have many partners worldwide that use SIP as the protocol for our VoIP products, which work in many different communications environments.

Q: What have been the biggest obstacles your company has faced in the marketplace?
A: Name recognition

Q: What do you see as your greatest challenges going forward?
A: Getting the information out to public and buyers about snom products and solutions.

Q: What have been some of your company’s most recent achievements (new customer wins, new service/product deployment, etc.)?
A: We have many over the last few years, but having our VoIP phones approved and qualified by Microsoft to connect natively to OCS/ Lync has been a great milestone. Additionally, winning business with major carriers, like Vodafone.
