Q: What does your company do and how long has it been in operation?
A:
CustomCall Data Systems provides billing, OSS and business process management solutions that enable service providers to achieve higher revenues, increased margins and superior customer satisfaction all while building a more efficient and responsive organization.  CustomCall has been proudly supporting the competitive communications industry since 1993. 

Q: To what do you attribute your company’s success in the communications industry?
A:

Q: What have been the biggest obstacles your company has faced in the marketplace?
A:
Speed to market in a rapidly changing and converging marketplace is one of the biggest challenges.  Offering billing and OSS solutions to support the full range of service providers and responding to their ever-changing needs requires constant vigilance.  Our breadth of experience and commitment to the success of our clients has enabled us to consistently meet and overcome any potential obstacles. 

Q: What do you see as your greatest challenges going forward?
A:
Helping service providers fully appreciate the strategic value of business process management is crucial.  For example, Webtop BPM, our billing and

OSS solution, guides the service provider’s personnel and integrates their billing, provisioning, support, end-user website and revenue management systems.  This allows them to more rapidly and effectively respond to the full range of customer needs.  Reduced intervals, immediate customer response, single data entry, automated order entry and integrated billing and provisioning deliver continuous payback.  Just as important is how Webtop BPM also ensures that core business activities, from collections to trouble tickets to billing for new services, for example, are standardized and automated across the organization.  This is invaluable to a service provider that seeks to grow and to build their margins.  

Q: What have been some of your company’s most recent achievements?
A:
We were very excited to release our latest version of Webtop BPM (v6.3) at the COMPTEL PLUS Spring 2007 Convention & EXPO.   Webtop BPM provides end-to-end bill processing and administration with single data entry that seamlessly integrates with a service provider’s existing network infrastructure, carriers, customer website, trading partners and provisioning system.  This means no more swiveling from person to person or system to system, no more ad-hoc customer response, no more lost orders or duplicate data entry.   Several service providers have already begun deploying Webtop BPM 6.3 and we will be announcing additional installations in the coming weeks.
