STANDARD EXHIBIT BOOTH SPACE FEES
• Rate of $34.00 per square foot for COMPTEL members
• Rate of $59.00 per square foot for non-members
• Please note that there is a $100 charge for each exposed corner
Booths must be purchased in 100 square foot increments. The minimum booth purchase is 100 square feet. A 50% deposit is required to reserve booth space prior to June 7, 2010. EXHIBIT SPACE RENTAL FEE INCLUDES
• Three complimentary full conference registrations per 100 square feet of exhibit space purchased for booth personnel
• Reach your target audience before they get to Nashville and increase your booth traffic. A pre-show attendee list is available for purchase for mailing promotional items thru a third party mail house. Please contact Rick Ardalan at 202-296-6650 or e-mail rardalan@comptel.org for more information. This list is available for mailing as of August 1, 2010. All mailing has to be pre-approved by COMPTEL.
• Complimentary pre and post-show attendee lists (list to include name, title, company, city, state and zip) available via the COMPTEL PLUS Business Planner once you have registered.
• 8' high draped back wall with 3’ high side rails and drape
• Show directory listing
• Online exhibitor listing and profile
• Complimentary guest passes to invite clients or guests as follows:
10x10 = 10 passes
10x20 = 15 passes
20x20 or larger = 20 passes
Note:
Guest passes are not to be used by personnel or staff of exhibiting companies.Guest passes are for access to the trade show floor only on both Monday, September 13 and Tuesday, September 14.

WHAT IS THE COMPTEL PLUS BUSINESS PLANNER?
The COMPTEL PLUS Business Planner provides buyers and sellers at COMPTEL PLUS with expanded opportunities to network and close deals with other registered event attendees. All meetings can take place in the exhibitor booth during show hours and in the COMPTEL PLUS Deal Center during all hours.
